Please check goods for damage before signing delivery note as damage in transit can then be claimed on our courier insurance.
All our parts are ID stamped before we send them. If a part is found to be not working correctly within 30 days*, the purchaser must return the part at the receiver’s expense for us to validate.
We will refund the purchase price or replace the part at our discretion.
Return of Goods
Credit will not be considered unless good are returned freight prepaid. Original invoice number and date must be quoted.
credits may be allowed at our discretion only upon the following.
(a) Items with a value of $500 are not refundable for credit.
(b) If good are returned to our store with 14 days of date of supply, 2.5% of invoice will be deducted as a restocking fee.
(c) if goods are returned within 15-30 days for date of supply, 10% of invoice will be deducted as a restocking fee.
(d) Goods that are a specially ordered in for customer are not eligible for return.
(e) Products and items Must not be open, used or installed.
(f) products and items must be in clean original sealed packing.
