Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and Service and are committed to supplying parts that are free from manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated, all parts supplied by Hi Tech Diesel Injection PTY LTD are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of:
12 months from the date of invoice or 20,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects, failures, or damage resulting from:
- Incorrect installation or fitment
- Customer or third-party interference
- Negligence, misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Accidental damage
- Routine wear and tear
- Failure to follow manufacturer recommendations
- Modifications or alterations to the product
Any damage or issues arising from installation performed by a third party are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact our team with:
- Proof of purchase
- Product details
- A description of the issue
- Photographs or supporting information where applicable
Products must not be returned without prior authorisation.
Assessment of Claims
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment of Hi Tech Diesel Injection PTY LTD. If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault and falls within the warranty period, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product; or
- Provide a refund or credit.
